GE Long-Term Incentive Plans

To facilitate award adjustments, your outstanding GE Awards and GE Vernova awards will need to be restricted for a period of time. This "Blackout Period " is expected to begin at the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange (typically 4:00 pm Eastern time) on March 25, 2024 and is expected to end in mid-May 2024. If additional time is required to process these adjustments, a message will be posted on UBS One Source.

Deferred Compensation

As previously communicated, to facilitate the adjustment of accounts for the GE Vernova Separation, your deferred compensation accounts are not available at this time.

Additionally, you will not be able to switch the media in which your Deferred Bonus account is notionally invested for a period of time prior to and following the Spin-Off. This "Blackout Period " is expected to begin at the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange (typically 4:00 pm Eastern time) on March 25, 2024 and is expected to end in mid-May 2024.
